COMPANY HISTORY
Keith Emmons began providing home improvement services as part of Emmons Brothers Construction in 1988, and established Keith Emmons Home Improvement on his own in 1996. Keith Emmons Home Improvement expanded in 2004 and became Emmons Construction and Management. But we've never forgotten where we came from, and the outstanding customer service that sets us apart from the rest!

KEITH EMMONS - Owner/President

Our Management team is led by Emmons Construction's President and Founder, Keith Emmons. Keith Emmons has built Emmons Construction through years of dedication and hard work. Keith has 30 years of experience, certifications, and credentials in roofing, siding, windows, insulation, and many other facets of home improvement.

GUSTAVO ARIAS - Project Manager

Our Installation team is led by Gustavo Arias, our Project Manager. Gustavo has over 10 years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows installation. He owned a home improvement company, has successfully completed several OSHA safety training courses, and is EPDM (a type of roof covering), Owens Corning, and VSI certified.

JOHN SMITH - Sales and Customer Service

Our Sales team is led by John Smith. John has over 30 years of windows, roofing, siding, and doors experience, from the basics all the way up to outside sales. John has the expertise to help customers make the decision that's right for them!

TERI BROOKS - Operations and Marketing

We have a skilled marketing, customer service, and administrative department, led by our Director of Marketing and Operations, Teri Brooks. Teri has degrees in Business Management, Information Technology, and Accounting, and brings years of operations and marketing experience.

JENNIFER MILANE - Administrative Assistant

Jennifer is your first point of contact with Emmons Construction. Jennifer has excellent customer service and administrative skills, and is happy to help you with any questions you might have.
